We applied for rental and this guys wasted few weeks of our time, I hope everyone will skip them because you just can lose a lot of your time and they will never reply you back. We've been dealing with Victoria, she invited us for view on Saturday and by the time we arrived there was nobody at home, current tenants was not aware about any views that day so we waited around 40 minutes and we felt so bad about pushing them to come back home on weekend. After that we submit our documents and still waiting for any kind of response. Victoria told us that she will need few day and after that never replied back. Maybe owner was not happy about us as a tenants or they find better peoples - thats fine, but the fact that agent just ignored us and never even replied back, she never informed us about decision and just wasted our time. If you decided to work with peoples - please, reply and provide information for your customers and stay in touch, do not become invisible if something going wrong.
